Young At Heart Crafting
My name is Mary, and I’m an educator who enjoys books, art, and music. Because I genuinely love teaching (and learning!) I decided to put my passions together, teaching and crafting, so I created Young At Heart Crafting. I have both the desire and patience to encourage learners to have fun while trying new things.
Learning should be enjoyable. As Bob Ross says “We don’t make mistakes, we have happy accidents. When you get over the fear of making a mistake, then it becomes fun.” We need to be joyful, not judgmental, about our learning curve!
Young At Heart is here for the community of learners that want to try crafting ideas from A to Z and for readers that want to have fun while learning to read! Whether as a crafting instructor or reading specialist, I take a multi-sensory approach in all of my teaching and try my best to accommodate all types of learners.
